Reiki

"Divine forms inhabit our body, They awaken with the scent of breath and they light up with the eyes of our mind."
G. Cella Al-Chimali
  • Reiki is a Method of Awakening our Spirit, Personal Growth and Self-healing system. It was rediscovered, thanks to an intense meditative and enlightening experience made by Mikao Usui Sensei, around 1920 in Japan.
  • Reiki is a Japanese technique, immediate and natural. By the means of hands, it allows to rebalance and regain mental and physical well-being.
  • In Japanese Reiki means “spiritual energy”, composed of the words Rei (spiritual) and Ki (energy).
  • Energy is channeled through the hands of those who practice Reiki discipline. It tends to flow spontaneously into the recipient’s body at the points where it is most needed.
  • First of all, the primary benefit derives from the body that is educated or re-educated to promptly activate its natural healing process. The psychic and mental sphere will also benefit. It will immediately be more relaxed and calm.
  • Reiki is an ancient art of meditation based on total energy rebalancing, capable of identifying the causes of physical and mental blockages by infusing energy and well-being.
  • Reiki is a technique with no contraindications. It assists and supports any therapy and treatment, of traditional and natural medicine.
  • Reiki discipline is mainly a way of Personal Growth. The truth, once our physical blocks are released, nourishes our consciousness. Finally it is able to expand beyond its limits those imposed by our mind.
  • Reiki is a therapy described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing in which a practitioner places hands lightly on or over a client’s body to facilitate the individual’s process of healing. The practitioner is nothing but a channel for the external energy (through the channels that we all have, and which are well known by those who practice acupuncture or Shiatsu). This energy treats the practitioner himself (if his hands are resting on him) or another person.
  • Reiki pratictioner is like a thread of light: during the activity he is connected with the primary source, from which he can draw whenever he wants and in the necessary quantities, letting the energy flow gently inside himself to get out of his hands.
  • No personal skills are needed. We all have our own energy. We just need to connect it.
  • Reiki practitioner does not invent anything that is not already present within the matter itself.
  • He transforms himself into an energy channel and he is able to concentrate and “call” vital and spiritual energy into his hands. Then it is possible to target it where the person needs it the most to rebalance the organs on an energetic level.
  • Reiki is the healing practice that speaks to our cells with the same code of which they are composed: energy.
  • Reiki is practiced today in many international hospitals. In Italy in Bologna and Turin.
